Gondola

I took over the Gondola project during a period of significant identity crisis for them. Gondola is a medical device that helps many patients with Parkinson's and mobility issues to walk better and enjoy a higher quality of life.

The previous visual identity was cold and strictly medical (see the old vs. new site below); it completely lacked empathy and "warmth." I created a new visual language that bridges the necessary medical image with a warmer message, using colors, fonts, and especially photography, all leaning towards warm tones.

I also performed a subtle logo restyling, adjusting the width and removing the Swiss flag from the tagline—which I felt was too overtly commercial and had the opposite effect of its intended goal: building trust by saying "we are Swiss."

For Gondola, I managed all visual and communication aspects at 360°, from the visual identity and the total website redesign to sponsored social media content (both text and reels) and explanatory videos for the site and YouTube. I essentially covered at least three different roles to bring this project to life!

Since the new site and communication went live, visitors and leads have increased tenfold, making this the most successful project I have worked on in recent years.
